ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
Virtualness presents Gratitude OnChain, a global campaign aimed at gratitude! Aimed at giving people an avenue to express their gratitude of friends, family, and elements of their lives that matter to them in an immutable way that stands the test of time, Gratitude OnChain allows creators and people to leverage the power of generative AI and blockchain to both, create and preserve their important memories.While allowing people to connect meaningfully with the creators they love, buy rewards that offer outsized access to phygital experiences, and claim free goodies, it also allows people to join an open raffle that helps them stand a chance to win a fully-paid trip for 2, for 3 days, to the Kingdom of Happiness, Bhutan. The trip and its ancillaries are sponsored by The Postcard Hotel.
HOW TO CLAIM
• Participants must either claim or buy a creator’s digital good or make their own AI generated digital good to be eligible.
• Participants should adhere to these terms and conditions and any participant who violates any terms or conditions will be disqualified.
RULES & REGULATIONS
By participating in GRATITUDE ONCHAIN, each entrant agrees to abide by the Rules & Regulations listed below, including all terms and conditions, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Virtualness and its partners, are final in all respects.
· Any individual (women, men, non-binary) over the age of 18 years of age is eligible to claim the digital good gift and become stand a chance to win special gifts from creators / brands and an all-expenses paid three (3) night holiday for two (2) to the Kingdom of Bhutan at the award-winning Postcard Hotel. Entries of people below the age of 18 years will be rejected without recourse.
· Digital good gift once claimed cannot be returned.
· Claims on behalf of another person will not be accepted. Joint claims are not permitted.
· Claim submitted by any other means will not be accepted: only those submitted via the official method of claim will be accepted. Any illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent claim will be rejected.
· Virtualness reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the Gratitude OnChain Campaign at any stage and/or change the terms and conditions applicable to the said Campaign for any reason whatsoever at any time and Virtualness shall bear no responsibility or liability for any change to the terms and conditions applicable to the said reward.
· While participating in the Gratitude OnChain Campaign, if you share any data (including personal data and/or sensitive personal data or information) or if Virtualness or its partners / service providers have access to such data, you consent that Virtualness and its partners / service providers (and their sub-contractors) can use such data for all direct and indirect purposes in relation to the said reward. Your names and other personal details from your entry to the coaching session will be collected and stored by Virtualness and its partners / service providers (including those overseas) and held in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place from time to time.
· The Participant agrees to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Virtualness and its partners / service providers, employees, directors and representatives from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, awards, decrees, settlements or expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) arising from, connected with or by reason of any breach or alleged breach of these terms and conditions.
· Virtualness accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the participant as a result of entering and participating in the Gratitude OnChain Campaign.
· In the event the winner of the trip to Bhutan does not have a passport, is not permitted to leave the home country or enter Bhutan for any reason whatsoever, or is unable to travel on the dates offered, the same shall be re-awarded to another participant till Virtualness finds a participant who is able to travel to Bhutan. Virtualness accepts no liability for any untoward incidents during the trip to Bhutan and the participant shall have all necessary medical / travel insurance cover to cover for any eventuality during the trip to Bhutan.
WINNER SELECTION
· All eligible entries received during the contest period (September 211, 2023 to October 12__, 2023) will be gathered into a database at the end of the claim period.
· The winners will be announced publicly on our social media handle, on or earlier than October 31__, 2023 or such other date communicated to the participants.
· Announcement and instructions for the reward will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the potential reward winner at the time of Digital Good Gift claim/submission.
· Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for reward notification and any other communication related to this contest.
· If a potential reward winner cannot be reached within three (3) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the reward is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner shall forfeit the reward. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the reward is returned as undeliverable, Virtualness reserves the right to reward another participant.
· If a potential winner fails to comply with these rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.
REWARD
· Participant will stand a chance to win Special gifts direct from creator / brands.
· In addition to the Special gift, one (1) lucky winner will win an all-expenses paid three (3) night holiday for two (2) to the Kingdom of Bhutan at the award-winning Postcard Hotel.
PROHIBITED COUNTRIES
The rewards are not available to you and you may not take part if your local law prohibits ‘game of chance’. The rewards shall also not be available if you are from a US and UN sanctioned country.
Apart from the above, the rewards are expressly not available in Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Singapore, Qatar, Lebanon, China, Vietnam, Lithuania, Iran, Pakistan, Libya, Sudan, Mongolia, Jordan, Afghanistan, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia.
DISCLAIMER
By participating, each entrant grants Virtualness the permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments along with content submitted, for print, digital, electronic and any other media without further reference, payment or other compensation.
